This strategic goal will be achieved through the following strategic objectives:

- Define the target customers by their needs and offer the products and services to satisfy these needs.
- Define the priorities for the development of a certain range of products that are part of the overall portfolio of CREDINS.
- Provide a rational use of the internal resources both technology and the management staff.
- Contribute through its presence in the further development and sophistication of the local financial sector and be a fair and professional competitor of the other players in the market.
