The company has a flat organization structure. Given the present size and volume of activity, its staff of eight performs several operational duties. Apart from the Shareholders’ Assembly, the main governing body is the Supervisory Board, which has three members and appoints the Executive Director. An important operational body is the Credit Committee whose responsibilities are to review and approve loan facilities and bank guarantees according to risk levels determined by the internal CREDINS policies.
